This product has been designed taking into account the importance that adequate carbohydrate intake has on the athlete's performance. during long-duration and/or high-intensity physical exercise. They are an alternative to solid food that is easy to digest.

Designed to reduce tiredness and fatigue caused by glycogen depletion that occur during intense sports practice.

They provide fuel due to their high content of rapidly absorbed carbohydrates, avoiding digestion problems due to their negligible fiber or fat content. They are very easy to chew due to their soft format and pleasant flavor due to their composition of concentrated blueberry and strawberry juice. These characteristics make them a very interesting option to take BEFORE and DURING the event.

Each bar (30g) contains 22 grams of Carbohydrates, 500mg of taurine, 80mg of caffeine and 32mg of sodium. The sodium it contains helps replace electrolyte losses caused by sweating.

Ingredients:

Apple paste (apple pulp, sugar, glucose syrup, pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, aroma, preservative: potassium sorbate), water, sugar, glucose syrup, pectin (pectin, acidity regulators: sodium-potassium tartrate and polyphosphate, maltodextrin), concentrated cranberry juice, concentrated strawberry juice, L-Taurine, aromas, acidity regulator: citric acid, caffeine, corn starch, coating oil (coconut oil, coating: carnauba wax).
